Prior to joining the firm, Nitin worked with a large accounting firm. He has managed several large PCAOB and Non-PCAOB audit engagements in India across diverse industry verticals like Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, consumer goods, and Oil & Gas.

His experience includes multi-location audits for clients primarily located in India and across the globe (e.g., UK, USA, Australia, Swiss, France and Germany)

He led various audit engagements and reviews of financial statements under AS, IND AS, IFRS and US GAAP. Hands-on experience in Internal control over financial reporting including Sox.

Experience in preparation and review of accounting and auditing memos/whitepapers for the complex areas of audit and accounting.
