Siddharth is a partner with the Accounting Advisory services practice and operates out of the Mumbai office. He has over 15 years of international experience including 12 years with larger accounting firms having worked in Mumbai, London, New York and Dubai.

Siddharth has worked on large audit and accounting advisory projects across various industries, which involved reporting under IFRS, Ind AS, Indian GAAP and US GAAP. He specialises in providing solutions in complex areas like hedge accounting, debt v/s equity, derecognition of financial instruments, business combination, share based payments etc.

He is a special invitee to the Accounting Standard Board of India and provides regular trainings on IFRS/Ind AS.
